• Customer Metrics: Phone numbers, name database, preferences, and WhatsApp history.
• Rider Tracking: Device geolocation (only during active pickup or delivery rounds).

How We Use Your Data

We use your operational data to power the Chimti platform, including the AI CEO decision dashboard, rider routing algorithms, automatic counter billing, and CRM/WhatsApp notifications. We do not sell or lease store data to third parties.

Dynamic Geolocation

Client-side IP location queries are performed to dynamically set currency and region rates on our website. Geolocation lookup is processed directly in the client's browser, and no location records are stored on our servers.
