Infrastructure & Hosting

Chimti software systems are hosted on leading secure cloud providers (including AWS and Netlify clusters). We leverage edge protection systems, web application firewalls (WAF), and standard DDoS mitigation to keep store portals safe and responsive.

Database Isolation & Backups

Each laundry brand operator's database structure is securely isolated. We perform automated daily incremental backups of all database transaction logs. Backups are stored in separate, geographically redundant server zones and are encrypted at rest.

Encryption Protocols

All communication between store counters, workshop terminals, rider mobile apps, and our cloud APIs is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Critical store parameters (such as access tokens and payment integration credentials) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 keys.
