Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription (Starter, Growth, or Scale) to Chimti (owned and operated by Oteloo Ventures Private Limited) at any time. Upon cancellation, your store access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for early termination of a subscription month or year.

Prepaid Platform Credits

High-volume utility actions—such as WhatsApp template notifications, counter SMS receipts, automated voice calls, and AI CEO business summaries—are powered by pre-purchased platform credits. Prepaid credits are strictly non-refundable and do not expire.

Transaction Disputes

If you notice an incorrect charge on your account, please contact us at billing@chimti.ai within 14 days of the transaction. We will review your claim and issue credit corrections if a billing error is verified.
