Platform Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Chimti, a software platform developed by OTLU and owned by Oteloo Ventures Private Limited. By accessing or registering for Chimti SaaS modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these conditions, you are not authorized to use the platform.

Services Provided

Chimti offers digital solutions for laundry operators, including point-of-sale (POS) billing, garment tracking, CRM alert systems, rider management, workshop tracking, and AI CEO summaries. You agree to use the software solely for legitimate retail, workshop, and logistics purposes.

Subscriptions and Credits

Platform access fees are billed per active store on a monthly or yearly subscription basis (Starter, Growth, Scale). High-volume usage features—such as WhatsApp messages, SMS notifications, automated phone calls, and AI summaries—use pre-purchased platform credits. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and secure. Chimti is not liable for unauthorized operations resulting from compromise of store credentials.

Legal and Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
